Follow my references. The FBI has broke Tor and if the FBI could do it, what do you think of some of the more competent (or less restricted) law enforcement agencies in other parts of the world? In my opinion, any technology which allows for anonymity will be targeted by the global law enforcement agencies. The technology will be systematically compromised by any means and these agencies have both time and money on their side.
