a lot of company have not understood the idea of ICO properly which resulted in many unsuccessful projects that simply aimed to improve the creator's business while not adding anything valuable to the community...the is correct...

Ethereum price dropped considerably , I think is Because it lost to the global economy.

ICO Should help to raise the price of ETH, Because it makes ETH a huge circulation of pipes.
It’s just that it’s currently out of the global economy (if it’s not a big mess)

SECURITY TOKENS (STO) seems to be a better market than ICO.

I also think that many business owners wanted just to raise money and run away. I personally know 2 ICOs that were created only for that purpose. "Hit and run".

Lack of regulations, lack of responsibilities = opportunities for abuse. Abuse that crashed trust towards ICO.

Also partly because in 2017 we had so many new ICOs launched on ETH, which resulted in great demand. And now all those projects need to keep selling their ETH in order to cover real operating costs (which are usually in fiat currency).

Agree on that. STO will most likely bring another wave of trust towards crypto market.

ICO that should help ETH grow,
Abuse by people,
That's no way,
Things are artificial,
But STO is less likely to be abused.
