I don't have an exact number, but this post ( https://steemit.com/dapps/@fknmayhem/inaworldofdappsthesteemblockchainisamajorplayeralready-mmolgcf2os ) shows the top 20 as of Sept. However, the number of users tails off quite dramatically.
