You are right @devann, regulations are currently probably the biggest obstacle that crypto world is facing. However, I think that Polymath has been also created in order to comply with them. As there is stated in the tutorial, Polymath offers support of plenty companies which may help you to organize your STO and meet the regulations.

In my opinion, those regulations are old-fashioned and they need to be changed, as currently they main purpose is not protecting citizens against unregulated projects and excesses but controlling things that governments are afraid of.
