LOL what...we don't need banks. We need patience, and time. We are in a brand new industry that is just about to pop off. That huge bull run at the beginning of the year was just the teaser trailer. Now big money is about to pour in, it's going to cleanse the industry. Something that is very needed, especially with all these ICO's popping up every day. 

What needs to happen is the technology needs to not be so "chunky" as I call it. It needs to be easier to understand and use for the average person who isn't so tech savy, and most importantly we need to educate people about the positives and negatives of blockchain technology. I do agree however that an easier method must be done in terms of converting fiat to cyrpto and vice versa. As more projects come out in terms of creating these gateways, competition will happen and the technology will only improve.
