I'm so glad you got something out of it!  I think even buying a little BTC to hold long-term is a great idea. I don't think it has to be much, even 1/10th of a BTC is good. 

I'm the same way, I'm far more interested in experiences than things. The way the publishing world and the public's appetites are trending, rich authors will become fewer and further between. Long-form writing will become much more of a niche market in this next decade. I think shorter form writing, audiobooks, and vlogs are the future. 

It's insane how much money influences our life experience and I think that's why it's so important to seize the opportunities in cryptocurrency while they're here. It's really bad here in the US because we have don't have much of a social safety net so there are many more difference between the economic classes than there are in the EU and other countries that have better healthcare, education, retirement benefits, etc.
