Quantum Computing will end the blockchain as we know it. You can read the new TOS of Steemit and see what I'm talking about. Unless the blockchain adopts a Quantum Proof technology, it's just a matter of time that private keys are decrypted and accounts emptied bringing the value of cryptos to zero. Mining will be irrelevant as well. Cheers @greencross
