You sent for a bid 1 hour ago. The voting cycle had recently restarted when you sent. We Upvote roughly every 2.25 hours to try and keep our power up to give users the best upvote possible. This is standard with most Promotion Upvote Bots due to the way power drains and rebuilds on Steemit. A few have so much delegated steem power that they issue votes immediately and will just shut down when they are drained like @randowhale. We choose to not have to refund a lot of money(or steal it) because we did not vote. 

We strive to always vote and give a fair upvote. I hated spending a lot of time sending to many bots to be let down hours later when they refund my SBD because they were down due to low power. That was so frustrating. So for better upvote and better user experience we Upvote every 2.25 hrs roughly.
