Love what you've written. This has been an ongoing conversation for me, is how to engage or not engage with self defeating behaviour and energy. I am at the point where I have established that I will not willingly engage in anything that compromises my awesome. Yet how to engage with people in the doldrums, not get affected and possibly send a portal out for them? This is some kind of magical ability that needs to be developed.
