Cool, I haven't read the whole thing yet cause to be honest is quite dense, but I'm also interested in learning how setting a community bot for @steemartists's discord server, ideally we would be able to control it from the chat giving it persmision to dispense low % upvotes to the artists while giving higher % for those links in a specific chat room...If manage to gather more info on how to achieve all that I can share it with you.
