Taking rewards as granted. Just because one person deserve a reward doesn't mean that you deserve it too. 
I'm heading to work and don't have the time to get in more detail but as a final thought I want to be optimistic and think that all those who complain will want to learn how to use the platform for their success. Just some will need to learn what a community is first.

Most people seem to think they "deserve" high visibility and rewards and that others don't. I think people need to realize that they don't "deserve" anything here. You get back relative to what you put in.
