Thanks @holbein81! Those darn kids these days, right? lol. I agree though, nowadays we see success stories everywhere and rarely hear about the hard work behind it. To some people that is inspiring but most people seem to get discouraged or angry.

Very true! Slightly off topic but I think of this when when I see people complain about the retention rate here. It's kind of Darwinian - you want the 'good' people, however you define 'good', to stay and prosper. If someone drops out after 2 weeks because they are not getting any votes then in my view that is no bad thing - there is a reason for that, and in my view we need quality over exponential growth. Maybe I need to write a post on that... Cheers
