Voted for - Move my witness votes, maybe they get the message - Wine about the change and hope top witnesses will change their mind A new reward curve sounds reasonable. Separate downvote pool will increase toxicity. Increased curation rewards will have no effects on manually voting minnow accounts. This one is not for new/small accounts.
