Voted for - I should say.... Same here you cannot downvote someone who does not vote. It is also not said they cannot harm you. Mention their names in a post of yours and ask for the reason or say the reason if you know it. I have one downvoting to ask for attention according to his account. I gave the attention but sofar no response.
