I can understand abandoning bad habits but not your animals. It is each person responsibility to make sure their animals are cared for, not left to fend for themselves by being dumped in unfamiliar territory. The nearby town is quite strict on junk like old cars being left around personal property and the by-law officer will pay a visit to get the yard cleaned up.
