1. Any idea how i get the mp3 file (like this f.e.:  http://traffic.libsyn.com/onlinekongress/OKI_104.mp3) for implementing in my wordpress-blog and feed for iTunes? Then this would be a very good alternative for any podcasthoster. 

2. How do I install ipfs on a mac? Does there exist any tutorial?
Have downloaded it, but couldn't install it.
