Hahhaha.   Yeah it is unreal how important they think their job is sometimes.  I have seen guys sort of act a similar way but I feel like a lot of times it goes to women's head more because at work they might have to boss some guys around.   

Honestly my sister falls into this category.  She bosses guys around at a factory and she acts like it is super important but like you said the position is totally replaceable.   

There is something about being given a job roll that women really feel empowered by where as a lot of guys don't seem to get the same satisfaction out of it.  Like they feel trapped.  

There is a reason 75% of businesses are created by men.  Women oftentimes don't want to take as much risk for some reason.  It is almost in their nature to "settle" for beta males who have money....etc.  

Guys sometimes take risks that get them into trouble like jumping off really big cliffs or trying to drive cars real fast but it seems like we are more willing to try something that hasn't been done before.   I mean hell we have Elon Musk building Star ships to go to Mars.  

Its like with crypto, the stock market, and other investments.  It ends up being predominantly male.   I feel like a lot of it has to be that we are way more willing to take on risks for better or for worse.

Well power is intoxicating and if you never had it or been used to it you claim it and hold on to it once you get a taste! It’s not just a woman thing it’s a people thing! It’s just “newer” for them 

lol guys don’t want to baby sit people and deal with others incompetence and that’s basically what a boss/manager does! Guys want to get shit done 

I agree! Like you do get female business owners but it’s hardly ever something risky it’s something they comfortable in like make up or fashion, something they know!

As for beta males with money being the prized possession yip! It’s a perceived sense of security he’ll stick around, pay the mortgage and so on! 

I noticed that when I left a full time job to start my own company a certain type of female is just not interested in something risky like that 

As for crypto I find it weird Ive met women in the space but only 1 of them was an actual active investor putting her money in! 

The rest were all just bullshitting because they see it as a space or carve out a niche and maybe some geeks will dump bags on them lol

I have ran into the same thing with a lot of women really being hesitant at being with an entrepreneur.  They have a hard time wrapping their head around it and also someone who is primarily an investor.   It is like they are stupid about it because they can discern between a guy who is just upside down on everything and a ball of debt renting everything essentially but never having any equity in anything.   But if that guy says they work for GM, Microsoft, Ford, .....etc then they feel like it is secure.   The joke is kind of on these girls a lot of times and they can watch me through Instagram stories traveling around the world until the end of time.   

I have noticed somewhat of the same thing with the crypto stuff as well.  Only a couple of them I have actually ever seen invest any of their own money in it and oftentimes they don't really want to research into it much at all.   Then when the going gets tough they peace out real fast.   

It sort of makes sense.   I have noticed in sales women seem to have a harder time with the NOs and the rejections.  They are a lot quicker to retreat and go for the sure thing.   

And again it isn't anything against women.  It is just something that I have noticed overtime.   That is why we have to Gold Digger test them until the end of time!  Hahhaha

I encourage men to tell their girlfriend that they lost their job, got hacked and all their crypto is gone, or their business is going to go bankrupt........... just to test that chick out to see if she will be supportive or just try to peace out!
