There's a fantastic book called [Who Moved My Cheese?](https://amzn.to/2lkQsEo) that talks about change. It's a short little read, I finished it in a little over an hour and a half.  But it's a great book to explain why change is good.  My dad had me read it when I was younger and autistic AF, and it did help me back then.  For some people, it's definitely worth a read.
