@ireenchew, as an **Full Time Steemian** i am spending day and night, and i cannot describe it in hours but it's like **Steem Economy** stays with me all the time.

Hahaha I feel like I used to spend ALOT of hours on Steemit and the other Dapps too like partiko and also DTube besides discord but lately my time on Steemit and all have greatly reduced until I think I am rarely on.  A bit guilty with that too,  with my commitment to different communities actually.  

I think you are doing great as an individual @ireenchew!  From when I first knew you and then seeing you everywhere!!!  Hahaha.  Yeah we can thrive as a couple and yet not lose our individual shine I guess! 

Hope to get back more in the game now that I am so outdated!  🤔 but yeah I am trying to strike a balance too,  if that is possible.

Hi @ireenchew. This is a very difficult question to answer.

Because I can't even count. As a full time mother I am round the clock and on and off here and there in Steemit. 

As a curator for eSteem app to curate 30 to 40 posts per day I use around 1 to 2 hours. 

As Dtubefamily777 I am still planning how to do it but so far it is really on and off here and there curating videos and engaging. 

We are also part of other communities like SB and SM and freewriters so reading and encouraging them takes 1 hour. 

On Friday I am freewriters encouragers that I need another 1 hour.

Maybe I did spend in total around 6hours per day. Sometimes 8 hours. 

I wish to curate more for DTube aim to at least engage and curate 20 videos per day. Plus minus. I hope I can keep up to it. 

If some days I slack then I make it up the next day. Hope this helps. 

Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to engage and curate, that way my children won't think they are deprived of my attention. 

Some days I focus more on family and give myself an off day from Steemit and that will be the day I only spend 1 to 2 hours on Steemit. 

Can safely say on average 6 hours per day. And I don't think it is addiction yet. It is just my commitment and responsibility. If I can I would love to spend 8 hours. But life happens outside Steemit.

And I also love my life outside Steemit. It is a balance from day to day basis. 

When body is tired I rest for awhile. That will mean I will slack abit for maybe one day. 

You question causes me to think more😊

I don't think I ever estimate the time I spend on steemit and on the DAPPs as well, because even in the midnight I'm always here too.

I spent 3-5 hours on steemit. Watching films on dtube takes 1 hour. Writing to comments, voting, looking new people... Yes 3-5 hours :-)

Honestly I have never kept track
I am here creating commenting or curating when ever I have time
And then there’s discord that I occasionally jump in to say hi
Sometimes it feels like I spend a lot of time 
ButI think it is because it is my go to every free time I get from real life 
Like right now
I am at my in laws and everyone’s occupied with either tv or entertaining guests and so ta-dah
This has given me much to think about time spent and ROI 😉

If by Steemit, you mean any of the Dapps (Busy, DTube, etc.) then I would say between 2-4 hours! Sometimes even more. I am pretty addicted to this place and love seeing all the developments going on.

Average I would say around 2 to 3 hours on Steemit plus the writing, posting, commenting, replying, upvoting and most important of all, reading!

I spend about one hour per day on steemit...that's for the days that I don't write a post. I would like to triple that and spend closer to three hours per day. That would allow me to comment and upvote for the #steemitbloggers, write my own post, and seek out new awesome content. I also am an editor for the #1001PlacesToRemember project, and my current 1 hour per day just doesn't give me time to get it all done.

I do spend probably more than 10 hours a day here on Dtube and I enjoy doing so and as business man and a entrepreneur, I see the time spend here on Dtube as my investment for future.

As a minimalist I've strict habits and I'm so focused on doing only one thing and do it well and I'm really bad at multitasking!

I understand that when someone spend too much time on Steem and it can start affect our life. But I believe it's come down to organising, prioritising and having some disciplines...

Good thing about Steem is that we can cooperate and collaborate more and that way we bring more value to each other and spend less time and do what we love to do. 

I think it's important to love what we do and make STeem to be part of our life and enjoy the process..

Easily a couple of hours every day but I have a computer in the living room so it's time that I used to spend watching TV or scrolling the Internet anyway. I find that this is a more productive way to spend the same time. Having partiko on the phone helps as I am in contact with everything in real time as well.

It depends on the mood and stuff like that but i'm constantly around, consuming or commenting posts or videos. 
It's pretty hard to know exactly  how much time i'm spending here but it's  more then 4 hours dayle for sure, often even more then that. Legit questing tho. :D

I usually spend about 6-8 hours on SteemIt because I am sorting though so many of the new introduceyourself posts.  There are so many I am not able to get to, but I try to do a full days worth.  We also post our videos and regular travel posts 3-4 times a week.  This doesn't count for the many hours we spend on Discord in the many server communities we are in.

I'm new to steemit, didn't have much idea in how it works, but I try anyway. Lol

I don't spend a lot of time, but I guess I need to spend a little bit more time than now. Coz I'm a mother, a performer, I have an online business to run, so my time basically occupied to pretty much thing, especially my daughter. But I found a good time to come on steemit, is when the time I breastfeeding. Lol 😍 coz I got nothing else to do besides lying on bed, so why not steemit?! 😂

I think I spend about 2-3 on average every day. It might seem much but considering that 9 months ago I was using this time to mindlessly scroll my Facebook feed without getting anything in return, I think it's ok.

Quiting Facebook and joining Steemit was one of the best decisions I ever made.
