Yes, with the new version on HIVE, any comment with a positive rshares value will be considered by Dusty. I voted your comment now with only 1%. Rewards still show 0.000 but it has a positive rshares value, so if Dusty has enough power, the comment should receive an upvote.

Thanks for your clarification! Now I know that I don't need to upvote a post by about $0.0013 (the $0.0003 is to account for price fluctuations) because I assumed that a post of a @dustsweeper client whose total rewards is less than $0.001 will be ignored.
