Hey, why do you think so? Looks like Dusty is working: https://www.hiveblockexplorer.com/@dustsweeper But there were a couple of hiccups in the last week where the transfer function stopped working. The public RPC nodes have not been the most stable lately. Maybe you were referring to that.
