@steemflagrewards and @anthonyadavisii Thank you for your post. You present an interesting concept. Isn't there somewhere I can read more about your processes? I can get behind something like this, but I have some concerns. Does the group have specific guidelines for downvoting? What earns a downvote? Also, if someone gets a downvote, would they receive a remark as to why they got one? Is there an opportunity to have the downvote removed? Finally, would the severity of a downvote be by degrees? There are some horror stories out there, and I think adding some transparency would lend tremendous validity to your processes. Thank you for your time. @scholaris

Best thing is to join the discord where you can find more information and chat with us. We act as individuals and may not always agree on what needs downvoting, but a lot of stuff is very obvious. We try to remove their unearned rewards to discourage antisocial behaviour, but some never give up. More help is always welcome.

hiveblocksYes, @scholaris. Concur with @steevc's recommendation about Discord being the best way to learn about our group.
Much of what we do isn't exactly formalized into policy. Would like to draft a flag manual if you will outlining our TTPs ("Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures") but I also don't want us to be too rigid as far as rules go. Finding a proper balance is key.
Thus far, the categories have served us well but we could use clarity in items such as bid bot misuse. Degrees are a topic that could be explored so that downvotes are more proportional to the "transgression".
