I am trading Ethereum on etoro and nothing happened there. I had a stop loss at $150 and it was not triggered. I think etoro work on a time delay system for trading crypto to avoid flash crashes. Recently they removed leverage on all crypto as the swings in price were too much they said. Decentralised exchanges are on the way.
