It's tough to imagine a conventional company where the important shareholders and employee would troll the rest on the shareholders and I don't see why it should be different in a decentralized one. He could have express what he meant to express in a non trolling fashion and that would have made a lot more sense I think. But hey, they're free to do whatever they feel like.
