The biggest problem of ETH is breaking the rule: "Code is Law." How we can believe in future? Imagine following situation: China or Russia will ban unreagulated cryptocurrency. Its no problem for ETH community, they will intergrate regulation in ETH. ETH community made it in past with DAO fork. This big possible risk.
