I feel bad for Dov.  Sounds like the whole whipping boy scenario.   The Universe can't "whip" Lucker Kash because of his good luck gene, so it whips poor Lucker Dov because of his bad luck gene.   I'm guessing Lucker Dov is going to try to force Kash to see what his BS is doing to someone else.  But I wonder if Kash will even care?

My first thought about this situation was: "There's no lucking your way out of a kick to the nuts" but I should hope society's evolved past brute force.

However, Dov's "splash zone" might not effect _Kash_ as much, but it will effect his ship, his crewmates, his missions... all Dov has to do is stand next to him and the consequences _will_ arrive.

He'll learn in time.

But here's the kicker, by the read, esp. the "What are you going to do about it" statement, makes me wonder....

Do you think Kash will even care what happens to others around him when the bad luck hits?  Or will he be so arrogant as to say "Welp, not my problem?  Unless, of course, other bad luckers start hanging around him and get to the point of negating his good luck, and giving him a taste of hell THEIR way?
