[AN: I've heard of people rolling around in the snow after a sauna, not the other one. I'm sure it's "bracing"] I've actually done this. It's a hell of a shock to the system, it really IS bracing, but it's also a lot of fun! And that hot tub feels SO good afterward!

I live in Wisconsin, USA. We're used to winters where it gets down to - 40, at that point, F and C about match, and summers where it can get up to + 100 F / 38 C We're used to serious temperature extremes here.
