Hi friends, I am happy to report that I surpassed 10k steps each of the last two days after only hitting that mark one other time in the last month:  I do not go on a lot of walks, and the runs I do do not have as many βstepsβ, despite being multiple miles. I have been active with the family the last coupe of days and we have been exploring - therefore, lots of steps. Good times :) Thanks for coming by, Brian
