I found that odd at first but then I think.. - you created steem.. then walked away. - you moved to EOS... then walked away (or got kicked out) - you championed VOICE ... and severed the vocal cords... Point was if a genius can't materialize the perfect system. These great ideas will be forever WIPs. Also the grand dream of thriving communities on super perfected chains won't happen because there's really no conhesion and sufficient collaboration in Blockchain. Every one stays loyal to their chain/coin/token/collective and so usurping big tech is unlikely because big tech sees no disruption yet emerging within crypto let alone signs of an exodus from their platforms. Bridges to other chains, token interactions and low hurdle login options will not change much due to tribalism and the shortfalls of decentralization. Bubbles of comfort. Dan tripping on fractals. Blocktrades tripping on cutlery.
