Hello!  Is there a fee that must be paid to join?  Or is this project still in BETA?  

And, once I fill out the form must I join the trail?  Or once the form is filled out it's finished?  

Thank you.  I am considering joining now because there are times when I cannot be on the platform and I'd hate to see all my sp go to waste for not voting on content.

EDIT:  I see in the form it is a free service!  Awesome.
