Thanks @kevinwong for this synthesis of ideas, I find incredibly helpful and simultaneously mind-blowing! So much to integrate and envision....

Just want to highlight the idea mentioned in the first TedX talk video ETopia -which is that our current model is built upon a paradigm of scarcity creating value. He talks about this becoming unnecessary within the true abundance that future - and current - possibilities and technologies offer.  This is in and of itself a beautiful and revolutionary notion. We have all been socialized to believe that this scarcity model is "reality" and to realize that it's simply a model and not  an objective reality opens the mind and all the potentials of life.
