Thomas the Tank Engine Table

My wife was on the Facebook Marketplace recently and came across someone giving a free Thomas the Tank Engine Table away in our city.  Jacob is super into Thomas and Friends right now, and is obsessed with trains... This table looked perfect for him!

I took Jacob and we drove over and picked up the free Thomas Table.  It was much larger than I thought and barely fit in our small SUV (should have taken the pickup truck).  It was also a little beat up and used, but overall, it was in usable condition.  In looking at others online, they normally go for about $100 used, so this was definitely something of value that we were fortunate to get.  Here are some pictures of Jacob playing with the Thomas Table in his room:

With it being so large, I can't imagine it will stay in his room long and will have to be demoted to a place it will fit better.  It was marketed as being able to slide under a bed, but is bigger than his crib and much too tall to fit underneath, so that didn't work out like we were hoping.

Overall, we were blessed by someone's generosity and Jacob is very happy because of it!  Time to pay it forward!

That is so great and you will love it! Life changing for sure but so worth it! As long as you got a little room you should be good. Our house is not large either and Jacob has sure accumulated a ton of toys and books, but somehow you find ways to make it work. If you look at the first picture closely, you can see the books are just stuffed in there thick, and that is next to crates of other toys. Even his changing table on the right is stuffed with toys. You will find people are so generous when it comes to a kid, so the accumulation of supplies and toys happens naturally. Excited for you my friend!
