Hey everyone,

I wanted to make a quick tutorial for newer players on how to send a bug report to the Immutable Team regarding any bugs that you find in the game. First, when the bug happens, take a screenshot of the issue if you can. If a screenshot wouldn't show your issue (such as server issues), then you can take a log by hitting ctrl+alt+z in game. Once you've done that, head over to https://immutable.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/-1 which is where you'll actually submit your bug report. You can bookmark this website if need be (especially helpful if you run into a lot of bugs). From here you'll select "Report a bug" and give a summary of the issue as well as a detailed explanation of what exactly is happening in the section below. If you took a screenshot of the issue then you'll browse your computer and find that file and upload it. If you took a log, I'll show you how to find it on your PC to upload it (this is the step that made me want to write this tutorial since I had to ask how to do this). Assuming you're on Windows, click on Start and type in Run in the search box and click on the Run program. Once you're in the Run box type this in (replace the x with the name of your PC):

The output_log file here is the file that we'll need if you took a log. You can easily drag and drop it onto the bug report page where it goes. Note: You can upload multiple files when reporting a bug so feel free to upload both a screenshot of the issue as well as the output_log file if you feel like it would help the team to better resolve your issue. Last, simply put your email at the bottom so that the team can follow up with you and hit send. From here, your bug report will be sent to the team and they will follow up with you via email :)
