Such a great article! "Try avoiding sitting in same position for more than 30 minutes, take breaks and stretch." -> I wish it could be so easy! When you are a student it's not so easy to just get up and stretch even tho I wish I could. Higher desks might be a good implementation. Thank you for sharing this tips :)
