利用HIVE來減肥。用HIVE寫文章成為我的動力!

如果體重不降，我就不寫HIVE，直到83公斤為止

每次寫文章都會量體重，然後把數字加到以下表格內。

大家可以看到，我的體重已經不像剛開始一樣減的那麼快。因為體重減少了，每天身體需要吸收的卡洛里也會減少，所以吃同樣的卡洛里，減的速度會變慢。

再加上最近學校放假了。有時跟同事朋友們去玩，或是晚上有活動。如此比較難控制飲食。人家叫你一起吃零食，很難拒絕。

但是我給自己設下的挑戰不會改變。如果不減肥，就不寫HIVE了。大家如果哪天看到我不見了，就知道我沒成功。如果繼續看到我，那就是我成功了。

再次聊一下我的減肥計畫。每一餐都先吃菜，再吃蛋白質，再吃飯。

以上這盤中有菜也有素肉。先吃一些菜。菜吃了一陣子後，再加上素肉一起吃。

等到菜以及素肉都吃了些後，再加上白飯一起吃。

其實我很喜歡這個方法。因為這樣吃就沒辦法吃零食。幾個月前我可能會沒事就吃洋芋片加上可樂。現在都不行了。

加油! 中斷習慣的飲食一開始不太適應，過一陣子後有可能就無所謂了。
我以前每天都要喝一杯含糖的700ml飲料，許久沒喝之後，就很少去想這件事了，現在一年也喝不到三次了。
