cool update! How difficult is it to run a node (specs, IT competence)? And how much SPK tokens would we approximately earn on the mainnet by just powering up LARYNX and delegating it over a year, if e.g., we start with 1000 LARYNX?

It's not too hard. Nearly anybody who's attempted to run one has succeeded. The Larynx cost seems to be in the 30K+ range to get a fee share(this number goes up every month as well with the airdrops), but you'll earn at the higher APR with any liquidity you lock to a node account.
