Dear readers after publishing my activity number 3 from a community where it was not appropriate to do it, lol things that happen to me, but also I also skipped publication and today I resume sharing my two activities from days 4 and 5 in which I fulfilled my task, but because I was left without internet connection I could not do it continuously, however, it is never too late when you want to do what you like.

So here I am again, with much enthusiasm and joy and I will share my pending activities in this publication.

Normally 2 times a week I like to exfoliate my hands and body, for this publication I will share the photos of the process to plunder the hands which is very gratifying for after that the feeling of rest and softness that it leaves in the hands is delicious.

For this task I dedicated myself a little more to appreciate the importance that my hands have in my daily life. I have always thought that the hands are a vehicle that leads us to communicate with the outside world, their care must be done with attention, as well as the general care of our skin.

After applying the cream, I proceeded to do a self-massage on my hands which I enjoyed a lot for about 5 minutes, then I removed it with cold water and as I tell you how wonderful it felt after I removed the cream, in addition to the rich aroma, After this I had this I prepared to make a very special cake to celebrate my dad's birthday, so you can imagine how I enjoyed this wonderful day, starting with my gift for my hands.

This activity is a wonderful gift and a great opportunity to do it on this special date for me. How is my dad's birthday and it starts like this:

Dear Angelica7, I hope you are feeling very well. I am writing to send you my love and appreciation for giving me the opportunity to live in you, this has been a great experience every day they are moved and we always have new things to learn and do.

I like it when we get up and give thanks for being alive, when we walk together and don't think of anything only to go further and be able to resist. I also like it when you let cold water bathe our body, it is that hot water is good sometimes, but not always, in this way we take care of our skin and hair.

I also want you to know that we must organize meal times to take better care of ourselves, I also take the opportunity to tell you to drink more water during the day, remember that it is very good for the skin.
I really like this activity of being able to write you a letter because it allows me to bring you my joy when you sing, when you laugh and tell you that I am also there when you cry, because we always move forward together as the strong and brave women that we are.

Continue learning and sharing your good energy because you are like a great wave of love and do not worry about tomorrow because today is the only safest thing we have and it is as you say, we are going step by step and enjoying every moment that life gives us.

Estimados lectores luego de publicar mi actividad número 3 desde una comunidad donde no correspondía hacerlo, jaja cosas que me pasan, pero además también me salté de publicación y hoy retomo compartiendo mis dos actividades de los días 4 y 5 en los cuales cumplí mi tarea, pero debido a que me quedé sin conexión a internet no pude hacerlo de forma continua, sin embargo, nunca es tarde, cuando se desea hacer lo que a uno le gusta. 

Por ello aquí estoy otra vez, con mucho entusiasmo y alegría y compartiré mis actividades pendientes en esta publicación. Por ello aquí estoy otra vez, con mucho entusiasmo y alegría y compartiré mis actividades pendientes en esta publicación.

Normalmente 2 veces a la semana me gusta exfoliarme las manos y el cuerpo, para esta publicación compartiré las fotos del proceso para expoliarse las manos los cual resulta muy gratificante por luego de ello la sensación de descanso y suavidad que deja en las manos es deliciosa. 

Para esta tarea me dediqué un poco más para apreciar la importancia que mis manos tienen en mi vida diaria. Siempre he pensado que las manos son un vehículo que nos lleva a comunicarnos con el mundo exterior su cuidado debe hacerse con atención, así como el cuidado general de nuestra piel. 

Luego de aplicar la crema procedía a hacerme una auto-masaje en mis manos el cual disfruté mucho por aproximadamente 5 minutos, luego lo retiré con agua fría y como les digo lo maravilloso que se sintió luego que retiré la crema, además del rico aroma, luego de esto me dispuse de esto me dispuse a realizar una torta muy especial con motivo de celebrarse el cumpleaños de mi papá, así que se podrán imaginar cómo disfruté de este día tan maravilloso, iniciando con mi regalo para las manos.

Esta actividad en un maravilloso regalo y una gran oportunidad para hacerla en esta fecha especial para mí. Cómo lo es el cumpleaños de mi papá e inicia así:

Querida Angelica7, espero que te encuentres muy bien. Escribo para hacerte llegar mi cariño y aprecio por brindarme la oportunidad de habitar en ti, esto ha sido una gran experiencia todos los días son movidos y siempre tenemos cosas nuevas que aprender y hacer.

Me gusta cuando nos levantamos y damos gracias por estar vivas, cuando caminamos juntas y no pensamos en nada solo en llegar más lejos y poder resistir. También me agrada cuando dejas que el agua fría bañe nuestro cuerpo, es que el agua caliente es buena en algunas ocasiones, pero no siempre, de esta manera cuidamos nuestra piel y el cabello.

Quiero que también sepas que debemos organizar los tiempos de la comida para cuidarnos mejor, también aprovecho a decirte que tomes más agua en el día, recuerda que es muy bueno para la piel.

Esta actividad de poder escribirte una carta me gusta mucho porque me permite hacerte llegar mi alegría cuando cantas, cuando ríes y decirte que también estoy allí cuando lloras, porque siempre salimos adelante juntas como las mujeres fuertes y valientes que somos.

Continúa aprendiendo y compartiendo tu buena energía porque eres como una gran ola de amor y no te preocupes por el mañana porque el hoy es lo único más seguro que tenemos y es como tu dices, vamos paso a paso y disfrutando de cada momento que la vida nos regala.

Ahora debo despedirme, pero en otra oportunidad regreso.
