That's true, I'd rather nibble them myself instead of letting the aphids get to them.  I just wish I have a proper fully grown healthy bok choi I can show you 😌

Thanks Sara for the kind offer ❤️.  Let me see how these go first, but there's still quite lot left even after I gave some to my sister.  I think her's are coming along very nice.

By the way, do you collet the seeds from the flowers?  There are a few bok choi that are starting to flower, they're only a couple months old, which is kinda weird.  Anyway, I remember I've seen people deliberatly let plants grow till they flower and then dry them out to extract the seeds.  Is that what you do as well?

That is interesting that they are flowering so early. Yes, that is what I do. I harvest the bok choy through the season and at the end I let it go to seed and collect the seed from those flowers. It is a fun and kinda therapeutic process for me.
