There is a culture of *non-liability* that starts with the Governments and then to the Corporations that influence them. The game is passing the buck and plausible deniability. The common people are directly affected by this game or rather added rules to the rat race if you will.

People are left with the choice to survive in a system that lacks liability. It presents a situation where you can do whatever as long as you can place blame on others. Surely it is what is observed by us that our leaders are doing. Once lack of liability is embraced and embodied by the common man; they quickly benefit from lying or living in ignorance that was learned through observation.

It starts at the top. A healthy society and individual accepts responsibility for their own actions, especially how it impacts others.
