Hive heroes sort by new (at least once a day)

Sorting by new, at least once in a while, is very helpful for the Hive ecosystem. New users may face trouble trying to become relevant. Trending and Hot posts catch a snowball effect, but most posts, and authors, die/give up before 7 days.

Granted, the quality of posts on New is relatively low, so personally, I wouldn't spend all my day reading new posts, it would be boring, but we should try, for a few minutes each day, to sort by new and upvote/reblog the posts we sympathize with.

If everyone sorts by new, upvote, and reblogs at least one or two posts a day, from new authors, Hive will become more decentralized and the new user will have an opportunity of finding their audience.

I do the opposite for hot section. I only sometimes check whats in trending. New section is the place where I live. :)

When I write about this, people tell my that I am complaining and I am negative, while I am just/only write down the truth.

Yes. I do. But most people do not. They focus only on their posts. There are too much content creators, and too little content consumers. And this is why a lot of posts getting ignored/overlooked. Because most people focus on posting.

It is totally a valid criticism, a small aristocracy receive a lot of rewards for low effort posts regardless of what they post, from people farming the curation rewards, this snowball effect is very detrimental to the “social decentralization” of Hive.

We have a platform full of content creators but without anyone that actively wants to check that content and yet no one of the big guys wants new users on this platform! I'm starting to think that they want this little oligarchy to stay just as it is! (IMHO!)
