I am still digging and trying to peel back the layers. There was a time I thought I was a very social knuckle dragging tough guy and would scoff at this stuff as self-help drivel. However, flip the script and here I am now, trying to open my kimono somewhat to the world and bare some inner thoughts, some of which surprise, and sometimes scare me. Now back to digging and climbing.

Isn't it amazing? Most of the self-help content is drivel - however, that doesn't mean self-reflection and the need to help the self is. It is a lifelong journey, and there aren't many shortcuts.
