Totally agree with you, as I am also the example of this.

My life could have been better (or worse who knows!) if I took actions not just trying to follow what others said. Recently I have the realization that I must take charge of my life, sure it is already late, but the more I wait, the harder it would be to bounce back.

And about the sleep, I have bad habit of tracking the sleep, and I think seeing a small number makes me tired. 🤦🏿‍♂️
