For me, losers are those who are always complaining about everything and never do anything to get out of their state. A loser, when he stumbles, lies down and waits for someone to hold out a hand to help him get back on his feet. In particular, my appreciation, you my friend @tarazkp are not a loser, despite the blows that life has given you, you have stood up, you have a beautiful daughter and a partner who is by your side on the road of life. Cheer up. A hug full of blessings.

Not much good that I can see. There are some beacons of light shimmering, and maybe the pendulum will swing towards the other side in this, too, but I doubt it. You can't swing back to values. You can't swing back to a conscious community. You can't swing back to symbiosis in a parasitic society.

You think. You write coherently and consistently. "Loser" is also a definition from the eyes of what society deems as normal. And it definitely is derived from the values that we got injected with while children.

but yea.. I often feel like I'm the loser sometimes.. just born that way? but then there are so many great things in life to keep on going, so u never miss how life will reward u.

I didn't get any gold/ black legendaries. 6 legendaries in total. It seems that my expectations were correct- the value of the cards I got is less than what I spend. Now I have no idea if I will buy more packs in the future. But I saw that you pulled something nice. Congrats.

You are not a losser or a bad luck guy, you are fortunate, your brain is good remember your sick in the past, other are Dead or in very bad condition and you are rere with us.

This hit different. It's raw and real, and honestly, a lot of what you said feels familiar. It's easy to fall into that "maybe I'm just a loser" mindset when life doesn't go the way you expect, even if you're doing your best. I think a lot of people feel that way deep down, but not many say it out loud.
Also, you nailed something big - the world *does* make people feel disposable these days. Everyone's fighting to feel seen, even when they're not sure what they're offering. It's tough out here, but not just the fact that you're thinking deeply and asking these questions shows that you care, and maybe that's more important than being *right* or *winning* all the time.

Have you ever heard of the Dunning Kruger effect? I've just learnt about it. It has a name!

And on your followup yeh I'd say you're not young and pretty enough sadly XD although I have seen plenty of videos of young pretty girls bawling their eyes out on Tiktok (and moreso when I was trying to mediate some seriously ridiculous drama a few years ago) and I'm not even on Tiktok (I just keep getting shown things which is fine then I have some vague idea of what's going on I guess).

While I tend to be a lot more positive than you, when it comes to society as a whole I tend to agree with you. Heck, I might be even more negative about the future of society than you. 

Have you seen the movie Idiocracy? If you have not, I would highly recommend this fairly old movie, it perfectly describes my view of the future society. 

This is a better truth. I think a lot of us have felt like “losers” at some point in our lives as no one has it all, even if we don’t say it out loud. Life can be unfair, and sometimes, it feels like no matter what we do, things don’t get better. There are certain situations that you find yourself. No matter how hard you try to make things work, it doesn't seem to work. But we can't just give up. No one says life will be rosy at all times, and since no one knows what happened tomorrow as we can only guess make it difficult to even overcome the challenges before us. 

I also connected with the part about people wanting to feel seen and valued, which is true. We are all just trying to matter in a world that often doesn’t notice us. Everyone is a rat race since the way the world is managed seems to be competition oriented. Everybody is trying to outperform others in every league of life. 

I just thought about people's lives 200 years ago. For example, in Russia there was serfdom and 90% of the population (peasants and servants) could be sold by the owner. Now a person has more opportunities. Even a person from the poorest country has a chance to become a star on Hive.

I believe that the dynamics of humanity have been corrupted after pandemic and I am not optimistic it will get better in the future.
