Just reading your saga has made my jaw clench... In my country, which is almost "tropical" compared to yours, the minimum temperatures are rarely lower than 4 or 5º Centigrade. But unfortunately most houses are not prepared for this, and so comfort is only acceptable with excessive consumption (for the outside temperature). I hope your central heating saga is resolved soon so that you can get back to your normal routine, and that your little one spends the nights with you too
