Thank you for the reply, Monica. I think this is why and how you become a great designer. I really like your Christmas dress with the black & colorful fabric. And yes, hand made items are valuable as someone put love and invest time on it. I appreciate my grandma sewed many clothes for me in my childhood.

As a programmer and a DIY fan, I think I tend to enjoy challenging against commercially sold items to proof I can make as good as them. First attempts may not be good enough like those I knitted in my teenager time but I'm happy to practice and achieve certain quality 😁

I wanted to write a post to encourage people to start knitting. Socks are good start point that we can wear even there are some mistakes. Colors and warmth cover the mistake.
