<b>Ser feliz es una decisión // Being happy is a decision</b>

Este escrito estará inspirado en las personas quienes reconocen y defienden su de derecho de vivir libres y sin limitaciones de mente.

Tener la posibilidad de pensar abiertamente, evoca una serie de reflexiones que van dando respuesta a todo el camino que nos toca transcurrir. Para cada uno de los que hoy me leen, han transitado su vida desde la niñez, acompañados de la mirada de la educación que cada padre y madre han podido impartir. Por ello, desde que nacemos, vamos adquiero patrones y guías de nuestros padres, familiares y personas cercanas, de allí radica desde mi forma de pensar, la manera de cómo y cuándo el adulto se convierte en un ejemplo a seguir. Ya que, tendrá la responsabilidad de ser modelo de un alma inocente que solo seguirá, lo vea y escuche.

En ese transitar todos vamos adquiriendo diferentes cualidades y características que van dándole forma al ser humano que hoy somos. Por ello la importancia que tiene el entorno en donde crece un niño para que sus alas no sean cortadas sino que les permitan volar.

<b>Cambiando nuestros pensamientos</b>

En el momento que tenemos nuestra vida establecida, podemos llegar a pensar que vivimos en plena libertad de actuar y de pensar. Pero, al pensarlo con detenimiento, planteo la siguiente pregunta <b>¿qué nos hace libres?</b> Cuando tenemos a una sociedad que constantemente aspira colocar una regla para todo, indicado el cómo se deben hacer las cosas, por ejemplo, un niño que desea dibujar, lo enseñaron de que no debía salirse de la raya, porque no era correcto, que siempre debía colorear dentro de los márgenes de la imagen. Entonces, siempre seguí esa guía, pero ¿qué pasa si no sigo esa norma? Hoy en día, en realidad, dibujar no es mi fuerte, pero si me gustaría aprender, siempre que lo hago, busco seguir el contorno de la línea, y cuando me doy cuenta, entonces comienzo a trazar líneas diferentes y me gusta el contraste de la unión de colores y líneas sin formas definidas, algo así como el arte abstracto, que me permite crear en libertad, sin ofender a los artistas, porque está publicación no trata de arte, sino de una reflexión.

Cambiar nuestros pensamientos, es tomarnos un tiempo, para decirle stop a nuestro día a día y reconocer lo que estamos haciendo, preguntarnos <b>¿Qué me hace feliz? ¿Cómo me siento con mi vida? ¿Quién soy?</b> Estás breves preguntas, al pensarlas de forma abierta, sin críticas autodestructiva, nos pueden encaminar a reconocer lo que somos hoy, pero al hacerlo debemos hacer el ejercicio de verlo de manera reflexiva, como ese viaje a nuestro interior, que nos permita de manera objetiva observar si en realidad me siento libre, si soy libre un ser libre de pensamientos, si vivo en libertad, si mis alas están amarradas o dispuestas a ser abiertas para volar.

Este tema, desde mi perspectiva resulta un poco difícil, ya que, cada uno tiene su propia manera de pensar, pero no espero cambiar el pensamiento de ningún lector, tan solo son palabras al viento, que mi mente inquieta desea expresar.  

En este viaje al interior, sigo aprendiendo y reconociendo que hay muchas cosas que debo mejorar, pero estoy encaminada a ello. Como ser humano pienso y comparto la frase que he escuchado muchas veces que dice, <i>"nunca dejamos de aprender"</i>, ya que, asombrarnos con nuevos descubrimientos, nos conduce a sentir que estamos vivos, lo que nos permite vibrar en nuestra propia sinfónica de emociones, para encaminarnos en aprender mucho más.

<b>Abre tus alas</b>

Nunca es tarde para volver aprender a volar, no importa la edad que tengas, creo conscientemente que las oportunidades están allí, tan solo debemos estar dispuestos a verlas. Podemos volver a aprender, amar, podemos volver a estudiar, tenemos la capacidad de romper con alguna estructuras de pensamiento que limite algún accionar, podemos volver a reír y enamorarnos de lo que somos. Qué maravilloso es poder vivir en libertad, con la bendición de sentir cada día de forma diferente, con la claridad que te ofrece haberte retirado el velo de tus ojos y reconocer en el otro lo valioso que es sin egoísmos, ni competencias.

<b>Invitación</b>

Vivir en libertad es un escrito reflexivo, que invita a quienes lo leen a hacer un alto en sus vidas, para darse el regalo de viajar dentro de cada uno de ustedes y observar desde ese maravilloso lugar, lo que requieren organizar y repensar para abrir nuevamente sus alas y volver a volar.

This writing will be inspired by the people who recognize and defend their right to live free and without mental limitations.

Being able to think openly evokes a series of reflections that respond to the whole path that we have to go through. For each of those who read me today, they have gone through their lives since childhood, accompanied by the gaze of education that each father and mother have been able to impart. Therefore, since we are born, we acquire patterns and guides from our parents, relatives and close people, from there lies from my way of thinking, the way how and when the adult becomes an example to follow. Since, he will have the responsibility of being a model of an innocent soul that will only follow, see and listen to him.

In this transition, we all acquire different qualities and characteristics that shape the human being that we are today. That is why the importance of the environment in which a child grows up so that his wings are not cut but allow them to fly.

<b>Changing our thoughts</b>

At the moment that we have our life established, we can come to think that we live in full freedom to act and think. But, thinking about it carefully, I pose the following question <b>what makes us free?</b> When we have a society that constantly aspires to set a rule for everything, indicating how things should be done, for example, a child who wants to draw, was taught that he should not go out of line, because it was not correct, that he should always color within the margins of the image. So, I always followed that guide, but what if I don't follow that rule? Nowadays actually drawing is not my forte, but if I would like to learn, whenever I do it, I try to follow the contour of the line, and when I realize it, then I start to draw different lines and I like the contrast of the union of colors and lines without defined forms, something like abstract art, which allows me to create freely, without offending the artists, because this publication is not about art, but about reflection.

Changing our thoughts is taking time to say stop to our day to day and recognize what we are doing, asking ourselves <b>What makes me happy? How do I feel about my life? Who am I?</b> These brief questions, when thinking about them openly, without self-destructive criticism, can lead us to recognize what we are today, but in doing so we must do the exercise of seeing it reflectively, like that trip to our interior, that allows us to objectively observe if I really feel free, if I am free, a being free of thoughts, if I live in freedom, if my wings are tied or ready to be opened to fly.

This topic, from my perspective, is a bit difficult, since each one has their own way of thinking, but I do not hope to change the thinking of any reader, they are just words in the wind, that my restless mind wants to express.

On this journey within, I continue to learn and recognize that there are many things that I need to improve, but I am on my way. As a human being I think and share the phrase that I have heard many times that says, <i>"we never stop learning"</i>, since being amazed by new discoveries leads us to feel that we are alive, which allows us to vibrate in our own symphony of emotions, to direct us to learn much more.

<b>Spread your wings</b>

It is never too late to learn to fly again, no matter how old you are, I consciously believe that the opportunities are there, we just have to be willing to see them. We can learn again, love, we can study again, we have the ability to break with some thought structures that limit some actions, we can laugh again and fall in love with who we are. How wonderful it is to be able to live in freedom, with the blessing of feeling each day differently, with the clarity offered by having removed the veil from your eyes and recognizing in the other how valuable they are without selfishness or competition.

Living in freedom is a reflective writing that invites those who read it to take a break in their lives, to give themselves the gift of traveling within each one of you and observing from that wonderful place, what it takes to organize and rethink to open again his wings and fly again.
