We have a plastic one too that we have used in an apartment, but since we have a house now, it is nice to have the aroma of the pine for a few weeks. As a kid in Australia, we would have areal trees too and would go and cut our own from tree farms :D

Believe me I would go for the real tree as well. It adds to the whole vibe of Christmas.
