- 3 losses in a row --> Closing the game, the tab, standing up, and taking a deep breath... lol... Not a joke! hahaha
- trying to play 2 times per day, mornings and evenings, pushing ECR until 85-90% and then stop
- Never stop when I'm on a winning streak 
- Trying to do my daily quests every day, which often costs a lot of lost battles and stress... lol... 

The most important thing is a DEEP breath... 😂

Normally, I only play either in the morning or the evening, for at most 2 hours (usually less). But sometimes frustration kicks in and I keep playing to reach whatever goal. That's the wrong way to play it, of course. But yesterday I overdid it, lol. Reminds me of my adolescence years, when I sometimes did that.

Good advice, especially the one about closing the game after 3 lost games in a row.

Oh, man... Civilization and Colonization... Back in 90-es... lol... Just to conquer 1 city... and it was already 6 AM and I had to go to school... hahahaha
