Can you explain why this option is better than the option to give upvote on your own? Either way I get curated rewards ... I have 10000 SPT that I am very much considering delegating to MONSTER-CURATER but I can not understand why this option is better than just being active in HIVE Please enlighten me

If you upvote at least 10 posts **every day without fail**, then you *likely* wouldn't benefit from delegating it. If you only upvote posts every now and then or if you're only upvoting a couple posts every day, then that's where delegation becomes beneficial. It's using all of your delegated voting power every day whether you remember to come here and vote on things or not. Hope this helps!
