# And so it begins ⏳🌀

Every time that you die in Returnal, Selene is brought back to her spaceship called Helios. You lose all of your weapons and various other pick-ups and start fresh. There are some suit upgrades that are permanent, but they are not something you will encounter frequently. 

When you wake back up at Helios following a death, you start at the same door. When you open the door, things will be slightly different each time. The game world is procedurally generated which means that no cycle will be the exact same ever. This keeps things fresh constantly and you will always be wondering if the next door will be filled with useful loot or enemies that you can barely handle. 

This game is very challenging and can really feel like torture if you are expecting it to be like a normal adventure game. I am finding the difficulty to be painful and a total joy at the same time. 

This game is pretty awesome so far, let's see how far I can make it during this cycle.

I like the new weapons.. I think I prefer the rifle, but the shotgun one looks so cool.. does it graph onto your arm?

This is a old windows XP program that would reset your PC to defaul each time u restart it..

100% love this game. All of the weapons are extremely satisfying to use. The weapons do not attach to you, but some suit upgrades and parasites will lock on to your body.

Returnil, that's funny. Sounds like a terrible application.

:P yea.. all cool weapons. and the little things like the parasites and upgrades really add to the game.

That program and others like it that always return your computer back to its starting point are super useful for school computer labs and probably any public thing like cafe's.. people try and mess with stuff or download junk and that gets rid of all that. i was a IT guy at a middle school over here for a few month so I saw a lot of that.

It's an essential for any PS5 owner to at least try. I've seen it drop to $30 before on the PS Store. If you can find it at that price, it's an obvious purchase and then just okay when you have the time.
